As the local Employer of Record (EOR), Agilyti managed regional labor laws, equipment logistics, mandatory benefits, and local taxes—giving the client near-full time-zone overlap with the US East Coast/Europe and zero compliance risk.

3. TRANSFER (Building a Balance-Sheet Asset): Unlike traditional agencies that trap you in permanent vendor fees, our blueprint executed a seamless handover once the team reached maturity. Legal entity ownership, local HR operations, infrastructure, code repos, and environment access transferred cleanly as an owned asset on their balance sheet.
